Was combination of the standard of the cars being cleaned & the gentlemens attitude! The cars was only covered in light dust & wasnt complicated to get right. From the get go it was awkward & overly complicated! Id put both my cars on my drive & all he had to do was pull his van up in front of them and crack on cleaning them! But he then debated, moving the cars round unnecessarily to achieve nothing. Maybe it was the slight heat, or lack of competency that had got him confused over the logistics. Was rather worried with how the cars was cleaned! Quick rinse with the jet wash, then roughly wash with sponge in some areas, then shockingly dried with a dirty chamois that was dropped on the floor and then continued to be whipped over my lovely paintwork! My white car was dirtier is some areas than it previously was. Two wheels on my other car was completely missed! Upon payment, the gentlemen was telling me how he normally doesnt just clean standard cars for just standard washes and is just normally Bentleys & cars for full valets. Trying to tell me that my custom wasnt really welcome. In all honesty I am not to sure why he was worried about the price tag of a car, when he was paid well over the odds of what he quoted me anyway. After that he then tried to sell me my cars being polished! If youve been in the business for over the years you claim and know your stuff youll have noticed the paintwork was immaculate and not so long ago polished. As I can no longer clean my own cars to the standard of a GOOD detailer as I have a debilitating condition, that the gentlemen felt the need to make a comment on! I was opting to see if someone else could provide me with a good service. Turns out even with a debilitating condition I can still detail my two cars better than a professional. Honestly, do not let this man near you cars if you value them! Was horrified even after he dropped the dirty chamois that he would have the audacity to put it anywhere near my paintwork without washing it off. Do yourselves a favour, because if you dont have a Bentley hell probably not even want to touch it & go somewhere else where at least someone with a better attitude will be willing to at least attempt to make your car somewhat clean!

We booked two cars in for a valet, but the service was atrocious. The owner turned up early without a justification, was rude and didnt even allow us to check the cars over once they finished - I found him pretty intimidating. He did a very poor job inside, considering my car wasnt so bad pre valeting.

Had my car cleaned today so pleased with the service great job washed polished great shine will use again as well
