Fantastic products, unique & of excellent quality both materials used & build wise, bought a large scratch post & a lovely large fluffy Ratty, so so pleased I bought them as they really blend in well in my Cottage & Im sure my 2 new arrivals will appreciate them as much as myself, just didnt want to buy your typical scratch post you get online from pet suppliers as they dont last & are not good to look at, will definitely be buying more Rattys & possibly some Sheepskins, thank you Sophisticated Scratch.

Outstanding service, with the most beautiful bespoke furniture for your kitties. Quality and attention to detail is spot on. If you are looking for something different from the run of the mill cat products I would highly recommend. Whilst a slightly higher price bracket, they are definitely worth every penny. I invested in a three tier platform, my kitties loved it so much we now have a papa scratch and a snuggles for 2. The service is superb, delivery speedy and aftercare exemplary. Highly recommend. March 23- Additional review. Again outstanding service from Di & Mark, they go out of the way to understand what you need, will always make sure its aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. A truly personal service. You can tell they love what they do. . Both kitties love their new castle. Beautifully made and full of character, . No I do not recommend. I had one tree that was not fit for purpose and a hazard, I have four Persian cats who are light (all under 3.5kg) and when they jumped on it, it toppled over. I tried to purchase another one and trade the faulty one in and she implied I was too poor and need clear pay or finance in order to afford it when I withdrew money from savings as it was 1650. I dont use credit although she seemed to assume I was too poor and needed it after I have bought 4 trees and paid in full for every item, bizarre and a very snobby assumption. I can only assume myself she turned horrible when I mentioned the trade in of the faulty tree. Nothing else makes sense. I cant seem to write a detailed review as it doesnt show and she also removed them from Facebook trying to censor my experience. I wish I hadnt spent anymore money with her as it turned out to be so unpleasant.
