    As a physio and coach, Kate helped me recover from a shoulder injury and at the same time trained me up for an ultra-endurance cycling event. She was really supportive, giving lots of encouragement, a heap of useful advice and a well made training plan that suited my needs perfectly. She gave me a strength training plan on top of cycling and running, as well as tips on managing the schedule, fuelling correctly and avoiding injury. I'm now fitter than I've ever been, I've learned so much and continue to train with the skills I've learned from her. The whole experience has massively changed my life for the better. I would definitely recommend!

    YOP provides excellent strength and conditioning sessions alongside physio therapy and more. Always have fun during sessions with Kate and can definitely feel the benefits of the sessions. Also gave me some great advice when I was suffering with a foot injury, I would definitely recommend to anyone.

    High quality service with an individualised, personalised approach. Highly recommend! My YOP journey started after meeting Kate at a sea swimming session. She was knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. She's helped me to address years old injuries and find an enthusiasm for training I've genuinely never had before. My being a non-athlete was no barrier to her, and she's made me feel supported and encouraged from day 1. Her approach feels entirely motivated for my own benefit rather than financial (e.g. suggesting group training sessions which would give the same benefit rather than more pricey individual ones). Cannot recommend more highly!
