        Can't fault the staff at H.W Coates in Middlewich. 10/10 for helpfulness and manners. Reception B is a breath of fresh air. Got loaded by a guy called Tom who is a credit to the firm.Treats drivers with respect which is nice in this day and age. Caitlan......you're a star. Thank you.

        Excellent service still unloaded even though we arrived on the wrong day. No negativity from staff was just helpful to find a solution, not always the case with distribution centres. Thankyou Airedale group, Transport Manager

        Very helpful team, good cooperation. Need a timeslot, but the guys are really kind and without timeslot they try to unload the goods as soon as possible.
