Wish the management jiti engagement with sub contractors was more fair amicable and professional and work as a business partner not as the opposition treated unfairly stunting growth and progress and bullying tactics. I served tnt for 7years before fedex took over, was there till 2 june 2021. Vendors account under AT couriers ltd. Owner A.t c was at tnt for 14years now very unwell so he had close business end of May 2021 ..He tried converting his Vendors account to Onroad Couriers 13 weeks notice to jiti as agreed over email.set vendor accounts for Onroad Couriers ltd they promised it will be completed by 2nd June but at the end said go and work of a sub con as a driver lol. 2 June 2021 last day .Then jiti as management poached 3 of are drivers handed them to a different subcontractor supplier who now work there when I had 10 van that I owned at the time Management was aware of this. Since June 2021 till Jan 2022 I have built 15 van for my company Onroad Courier's ltd landed a big multi million pharmaceutical contract and many more contracts.i look back at my experience there all they did was bullying tactics threatening treatment for us sub cons I experienced there.i feel unstressed now. blessing in discise. P.s Both management there failed there test OCR operator license. I passed first time.
