Eli-b Create & Sew

Absolutely loved Eli-b Create and Sew beginners sewing course. As a mum of two small children it was so great to have some time to myself to learn something new and Claire is an excellent teacher. I honestly didn't know how to turn a sewing machine on and now I can make cushions for my home and bunting for my kids rooms. Sewing is such a mindful thing to do and would recommend it to anyone.

Claire really is an expert in her field, not only in her sewing abilities, but also in her excellent teaching style. She is happy to help with any level of sewing, and will bounce from expert to novice during her Hive sewing sessions. The Hive sessions are great as you can bring with you any project you happen to be working on and she will help you move it forward. She also offers great advice on what fabrics work with which patterns, and she has great taste in the fabrics that she choosing to stock in her shop too. I've done a number of different projects with Claire, and she has given me great confidence in my own work at home too.

Claire is an amazing teacher, she is so lovely and full of energy and very helpful. I've been doing the beginners class and I am loving it so far I've made a bunting and a shopping tote bag so far and next week I'm making a cushion really looking forward to it and can't wait to book more classes!
