        Drom UK Ltd portrays itself as an expensive yet high quality sauna and steam room company. Sadly, from my experience, the reality is very different. They have been slow and unreliable, with the major issue being a total lack of coordination and communication. This has been the case throughout - having to chase constantly for updates and to get any work done. Many months and tens of thousands of pounds later and the work is still not complete.
