        We've been running a ETX300 unit 24/7 for 7 years. The unit has been faultless and I've only changed the diaphragms once. Just had an over heating problem which was entirely my own fault and Katie Burton in after sales service was knowledgeable, helpful and very quick to respond. Highly recommended, professional supplier.

        After 18 months noticed it had not heen pumping air for several months. Now we know why its 250 annual service. Very poor rubber quality used for diaphram which now they tell us needs changing annually. Very poor cable tie that is broken on pressure hose connector without being touched just seen it inside. Poor inlet air design choked up. Broken rubber flap one way valve again poor quality rubber used and not included in service kit. Not impressed. This is an ET100 used in a water treatment plant. Typical British design poorly assembled and low quality imported materials used.

        I have lost close to 2000 in lost time going to site to replace faulty Charles Austen pumps this year. Time for a move to sauerman I think.
