Maple Koi

I was in the area so thought I would pop in and see what was available. I was not disappointed very knowledgeable and happy to chat about what I needed ended up coming away with a lovely Hi Utsuri and will possibly be back in a few weeks for another beauty I saw whilst I was there

Website was so slow to load, I decided to call. I called the landline but no answer so I called the mobile. Not sure with whom I spoke but he came across as rather unhelpful and arrogant. Yes, I may have come across a bit nieve, but that's why I wanted to speak with an expert. I guess I came across very badly as I was told, 'we don't sell koi or ghost koi, we aren't a garden centre. We sell hand picked Japanese Koi'. I was so put off by his attitude, I apologised for bothering him and rang off! Obviously don't bother this man if you're an average Jo like me, lol.

Graham was a true honest gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. After bad experiences as I had a lot of previous issues with koi water garden in sutton previously who were just completely ripping me off with there work. I had issues with a couple of fish with soars on them, i contacted graham and he quoted me a fixed price there and then, and i was happy to proceed, Graham came out on a Saturday for me, arrived at the time arranged, and he treated the fish i had noticed with issues, he also treated another few extras while he was there as he noticed issues himself, and didnt charge an extra penny, or was not clock watching either and happy to spend time to talk to me and show me things. Its nice for a honest company that is not just after your money and not ripping you off makes you realise there is still good companys out there
