        My dad was here for some time I felt that it needs much improvement. All through winter months he had no heating in his room even after catching pneumonia and chest infection together still no heating in room .I got someone to drive me 150 miles to drop of a new heater I had bought ..he was so poorly and very unhappy. Staff I must say are lovely carring .very sad about management..

        Management is lacking, care service is good and friendly but management and nursing seem to be cluesless. Clinical lead and manager seems to be detached from the team on the ground. Checked out the place but didnt wish it for my mum.
