We were looking for someone to fit aluminium windows and doors to our new extension and spoke to 4 different companies. Skyglaze offered a personalised and professional service at what we felt was a reasonable price. We could tell from their testimonials and pride in their product that the quality was going to be there too. We were not disappointed and are absolutely delighted with our doors and windows! We want to make a special mention of Jordan who was our contact from start to finish. He single handedly took care of all our questions, concerns, anxieties throughout the build... and crucially managed to get the installation date closer by a month following delays due to covid / Brexit. That saved our family a Christmas spent in a cold home and we are very grateful for his efforts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Skyglaze and wish Jordan all the best! Thank you so much!

Updated 18/1/23 - still no resolution since Nov 22 even after Matt Hardy the Owner of SkyGlaze promising to own my problem personally! AVOID, AVOID AVOID! Shocking after sales service. Spent several thousands on a high spec sliding patio door system Alumil. The accountability, ownership and communication since installation Sep 2021 (14months on) and still waiting for parts has got to be the worst i've experienced. Steve Daley the Director continues to make shallow promises and shows no sign of remorse, just blames the manufacturer. Think twice before buying from SKYGLAZE

Really disappointing service, poor communication and expectation management throughout the whole process which took months longer than we were told. We've had an issue post-sale and Skyglaze are simply ignoring communications. Would not use again.
