I cannot fault the fantastic work that Julie, Robbie and Liam did that resulted in the speedy and efficient sale of my fathers house. They are all exceptionally good communicators and really understand the situation of their clients and tailor their approach accordingly. They found ideal buyers for the house and helped me at every step when I needed advice about local services and tradesmen. Most importantly they are a very likeable and honest team who really care about their work and have excellent knowledge of the local area. Highly recommended!

People stereotype estate agents in a bad light. I have experienced this with lazy, unhelpful and aggressive bullying behaviour when trying to sell my property in the past. I've even had other agents trying to poach the sale of my house from my estate agents. Wingate and Withers is completely the opposite. Robbie, Julie, Liam and the team went beyond what was expected of them. They have now set a standard which I don't think any other agents aren't even close to. The team at Wingate & Withers made us feel they were invested completely with the sale of our property keeping us updated constantly through the system. They gave honest opinions and advice to help us through the sale which is always going to be stressful but luckily we had them to reduce the stress. If you are considering anyone to put your property on around Byfleet, it would be very wise to go with them.

So probably like most I was never a fan of estate agents. Then 16yr ago I brough a house through Robbie. Well to say that this experience changed my opinion would be an understatement. Since Robbie, Julie & the team have continued to set the high bar even higher. Recently I sold a property that should have been difficult and put a strain on myself and the family. This was defiantly not the case, after a call with Robbie the team took over everything and I found myself with some much-needed time back. I wouldnt ever sell through anyone else and if I could buy through them ever time as well life would be so much simpler. Fantastic team, big company operation with small company service it doesnt get much better.

Robbie and the team and Wingate and Withers have been fantastic. They found us a buyer very quickly and regularly kept us updated on the progress of the sale. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to sell and would definitely use them in the future!

After having has a nightmare with An online agency in trying to sell our property we brought in Julie and Liam from Wingate &withers. They were attentive, professional and sold our house in no time. The transaction and experience was pleasant and very professional. We highly recommend them.
