I had a large Sycamore cut down a year ago with the stump left. It's next to a path and road on a sloping site so not the easiest to deal with. All bar one company said they didn't want the job (hassle) or didn't even do me the courtesy of getting back to me. The exception to this was Arborcare. They came out the day I rang, gave me a quote and even followed up with a call to see if I'd like to proceed. The follow up call felt like a courtesy call, with no pressure to decide. The price on face value wasn't cheap but they got the job on the basis of their professional and attentive approach. They turned up on time, took the job on the chin and then proceeded to take a full day to battle the stump that gave them a really good fight. They were diligent and kept safety at the forefront of their minds. Site was left clean and tidy. I had to attend an appointment at the end of the day that dragged on which meant they had finished before I got back. They took it in their stride and were very understanding (my apologies for the delay and thanks for your patience) The price was very reasonable in hindsight and their manners, friendliness and professionalism were second to none. I've just realised on looking at the website that these guys are veterans and that may account for their 'can do' approach and work ethic. As an veteran myself I'm very happy that I engaged their services and could help them in their business venture. I don't wax lyrical unless it's deserved, so these guys earned their five stars. I'd recommend you give them a call if you need their services. Don't base your judgement on price alone... Look at the package. Arborcare are the real deal. Top blokes. Well done
