Lovely shop floor staff that are poorly managed, we were greeted by a girl who gave the impression of being in charge wearing a lumberjack jacket, very unwelcoming and sulky. Agreed to 10 minute wait because they were short staffed. Told it was table service, no menu given. Im short sighted so could not see but husband said she was just stood around doing nothing. Finally came over after 20 minutes, still no menu, we decided just to have a cup of tea and then go, I asked if there were any cakes, she limply replied over there it took another 10 minutes for 2 mugs with a tea bag in them and a pre cut slice of cake. Very inexperienced management.
