I always find (some of) the ladies in here really unnecessarily rude. No matter how nice you are theyre just really short & rude - there were elderly people in when I went in & they might be the only people theyd come in contact today, a bit of kindness goes a long way!

Choose a different pharmacy. I repeatably find a staff member here to be facetious & belittling. Im sure this isnt true for all of the staff, but I often visit this branch in a vulnerable state and find this persons approach to be toxic. I dont believe they should be front of house considering they deal with many people in compromised positions. I certainly dont like the idea of my relatives going through the same experience. Im happy to walk the extra distance to find somewhere else.

Friendly and helpful staff. I had come on holiday to Buxton without my usual medication and the staff sorted me out with an emergency supply. Such a relief thank you!

I've been in this pharmacy many times and never have I been greeted with such rudeness as what I was today.i was advised by my doctor to get a hay-fever tablet that can also help with temporary sleeping problems but my doctor said get it over the counter instead of on prescription as it will be cheaper.the pharmacist came storming over and rudely said to me woth bad attitue"what do you want them for????" I explained my situation and she said "no I'm not comfortable selling them to you . She then stormed off and didn't even explain why or say goodbye to me but left me stood in the shop infront of everyone else embarrassed.her attitude is terrible qnd the way she speaks to customers is appauling .in my opinion ion she needs sacking as working in a customer facing role like that she needs more training on how to be friendly ,professional and helpful to paying customers.it has put me off ever going back in here again
