I went to Ricky because I wanted to tone up a little more and even though l achieved that I learnt so much more; he completely changed my mindset about how I see myself, my relationship with food, work stress and the goals in my life. I went to Ricky to get physically stronger and left both physically and mentally in a much better place. Easy 5 stars from me! Thanks again Rocky Josh B

After lockdown and Christmas, I turned to Ricky for advise on adopting a healthier diet and exercise regime to help me lose weight. Ricky called weekly with advise and encouragement to ensure that my plan was attainable and suggested adjustments to ensure my plan was tailored to me and my needs. Ricky was very professional and always available outside of the coaching calls to answer any questions I had. I achieved results quickly, surpassing my original target and have maintained my weight.

Ricky has been absolute paramount on my new journey. Not only has he helped me change years of bad eating habits, he has helped me learn tools to change the way I look at myself as a person. Ricky doesn't just focus on fitness and diet. He also looks at mental health and wellbeing. Thanks to Ricky, for the first time in forever I am armed with the tools to help me continue on my journey to a better, healthier, happier me. Ricky calls me every single week and I always leave the calls feeling positive - even if I've had a not so good week Ricky doesn't make me feel negative about this, instead he encourages me to move on and let it go. We have met up a few times to go over exercises (ensuring we stick to COVID_19 regulations) and I know Ricky is always at the end of the phone if I ever need anything. Ricky has set me exercises that suit me and encourages me to push myself weekly. Absolutely would recommend Ricky to anyone
