Staff member was very curious about what I was looking at, i caught them staring multiple times, I smiled and moved on and lo and behold the same member off staff pretending to look through the racks next to me while glancing my way. Hes not my type though lol. Its a strange experience I didnt buy anything far to expensive for my taste... go on ebay its cheaper

Rude staff. Whilst looking through the books, some fell off the end of the end of the shelf, as there was a gap and no book end. The tuts and looks i got off the staff! Even though, i of course picked them up. Made my way to the till were i was made to feel bad about runing the volunteers conversation with her friend. Put my book on the counter "pound" she said. No hello, please, thankyou or goodbye. What a horrible experience. Customer service is everything.

Well stocked small shop new and second hand products . Has lot of leaflets on mental health . Good staff.
