We shared a journey with Bridgfords Buxton, with Judy's help we have found our forever home. We were kept upto date and reassured at times of uncertainty, Judy was very professional, answered any questions we had or sort the answer for us. My phone calls every day or popping in the office daily was not frowned upon. I felt judy and Rachel both worked hard to ensure our sale and purchase went through smoothly. James and kyle were always friendly and also happy to help in Judy's absence. Thank you, sorry we will not be back ,

We brought and sold via Bridgefords Buxton in 2022. The land registry and both sets of solicitors left a lot to be desired, constantly using Covid backlog as an excuse for their lack of efficiency. I certainly wouldnt be offering them a 5 star review but to say that, despite all of that I can still give the estate agent a 5 star review during what was likely the most stressful time of our lives is evidence of what a good job they (Judy) did. Ive dealt with estate agents in the past and seen how they can be only interested when their commission was at risk. Judy was amazing throughout, nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent and if it hadnt have been for Judy we would have walked away from the transaction, during at least one of the land reg/solicitor setbacks. Were now settled into our new home and cant be thankful enough.

I have just bought my first house through Bridgfords and I can't recomend them enough! Judy was so helpful and very suportive, she did everything she could to make the process as smooth and easy for me as she could. Bridgfords is a great estate agents and they even got me in contact with their in-house mortgage advisor who works for Countrywide. Kyle helped me get the best deal on my mortgage and their fee lasts you for your entire lifetime, I look forward to dealing with him again in the future. Kyle also helped me get a solicitor which took away a lot of the stress for me. Bridgfords and Kyle at Countrywide were the best decision I've ever made! It was so nice to have people looking after my purchase that were just as enthusiastic and pasionate about getting me the house as I was.
