        I have suffered with lower back pain on and off for many years now and even more regularly following a prolapsed disc thirteen years ago. Following a recommendation, I visited Kelly for the first time four weeks ago and only wish I had done it years ago. The issue was identified immediately and with only two sessions to date, I already feel a lot more confident about the robustness of my back. With better management by me through Kelly's exercise plan and more sessions with Kelly, I am confident that my lower back will be the best it has been for decades. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I would highly recommend her services.

        Kelly is just incredible at what she does! I struggle with anxiety, and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I had my first session with Kelly on Friday, and Ive booked in for another session in two weeks time. I wish I had gone to her sooner. I highly recommend her! Thank you so much Kelly.
