Stock not that impressive and over priced but more disappointing was the rudeness I experienced. A member of staff, with the appearance of a women, tall in her early sixties, with bleach blonde hair bellowed across the shop at me, Get off your phone! Shocked by this I answered what I was doing. Once I left I realised how rude, unnecessary, unprofessional and how obnoxious this remark was. This caused unwarranted embarrassment to both my wife and myself. As a man in my fifties I will look at my phone when and where I please and dont need the permission of anyone, let alone a bitter old women like this person. This tarnished our experience of the otherwise lovely town of Buxton. I hope your business has the future it deserves. Learn some manners.

Rude staff. My son dared to touch a deer head in the shop today (hes a sweet soul and loves animals) but the woman in the shop screamed in front of everyone dont touch it!. My son immediately asked me if he could leave. He was so upset. Hes only 10 years old. Disgusting. Ive just read similar reviews which suggest rudeness and awful service if wed have known we wouldnt have even entertained it. Spend your money elsewhere.

Looks like a nice shop, but didn't really get chance to find out. I was looking at a rug nearly 300 that I have been happy to purchase had I have been able to look at it. The owner came out and shouted at me for touching it. Said it was perfectly fine and I didn't need to look at it. How strange who would buy a rug they can't see? Didn't bother, just walked away.. Not a nice experience.
