        Suffering from the mantra "we price items at ebay prices" which I respond "sell it on ebay then!" lol I mean really there was a shirt from Primark 5??! used nothing special tU top 4. Trust me just go onto ebay auctions and you can get bundles of mns/primark/tu ,george and next items for a fraction of the price. its a shame because ive supported them for years.

        Visited this shop today for assistance with a purchase. Both the manager and assistant were unhelpful, rude, and obstructive. I'm a regular supporter of Oxfam and visit many shops on a regular basis and have never before encountered such behaviour. Very disappointing.

        The "lady" manager is really quite rude..shouted at us for looking in the window ...we were in the shop at the time...no.please nor thank you at the till...just not a pleasant experience.

        Took in some donations of clothes and teddy's today with my support worker.. 2 ladys at the counter and 1 asked what was being donated she then walked off to the back of the shop neither saying anything so I loudly shouted thankyou to which I heard a quiet thanks come from the back... both so ignorant and I wish I had donated them to a different charity! Awful customer service as usual in there!
