A fantastic company to work for! Clarity always puts there clients first, they provide excellent person centred care, and always provide staff with great opportunities in terms of carer progression. Over my many years with the company i have nothing but praise for them, from the staff to management and above there is always someone there to hear out any concerns you may have. We all have created a terrific bond not only with each other but also with our clients and there family's, our clients and family's have given me some amazing memories that i will keep with me for many years to come, i have met some fantastic people over my time with clarity and hope to meet many more.

I wouldnt even bother allowing your precious relatives getting care for by clarity home care, the office staff are useless, the care is just basic and not up to standard, not one of the clients are happy with this company expesially the clients familys. This is also a awful company to work for, they under pay you, expect you too work all day everyday even if you have your own family, they dont listen too you at all. Horrific place and horrific office staff so please dont waist your breath as a Carer or a client!
