I found Bob to be a calm teacher, he is patient, thorough and considerate of the experience of the group. I enjoy the sessions and it starts my week off with a positive start. I have learnt useful things that I have carried over into my everyday life - thank you Bob.

Bob is an experienced and engaging teacher. You can expect to learn new techniques pitched to the experience level of the audience. The guidance is pragmatic none preachy and light hearted. Participants are encouraged to share their own experience in a safe and judgment free environment. I always come from the sessions feeling lighter.

I've found Bob's mindfulness sessions to be extremely rewarding. I've tried various 'ways-in' to meditation and mindfulness over many years and 'Unified Mindfulness' is the framework that really works for me. As I'm a beginner I'm especially grateful that Bob offers plenty of opportunities to ask questions. In fact Bob encourages questions and is able to respond, having really listened, in such a way that I can more fully understand my experience. Whilst taking a thoroughly professional approach to the practice, Bob makes plenty of room for all the human responses that show up when we meditate. Meditating with Bob is a safe and enjoyable experience which I really value.

Attending these sessions has been a great way for me to develop my mindfulness practice and expand my understanding and enjoyment of meditation. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to learn about mindfulness or change their relationship to anxiety.

How do I explain mindfulness? I dont have the official big words in my mind to explain the technicality of how it works, so all I can do is tell you how it makes ME feel We all need a restful space to go to when lifes difficulties gets the better of usstress and illness play a huge part in our daily lives and I was offered mindfulness to help with mineMy favourite hour of the week now is MY TIME on Wednesdays at 8-9 pm and I look forward to it all week. Who would have thought that the solutions to my problems lies within me and all I needed to do was be helped to a relaxed state of mind to enable me deal with them. The class involves a zoom meeting and the group are all nice friendly people. For that hour my mind and body feel so relaxed and at peace and I have a different guided focus to the overwhelming worries that are usually being jostled around my brain and fighting for attention.. Our instructor Bob guides us through the hour with great calmness. He has a very soothing voice and could be reading a telephone directory and make it sound interesting. I still dont understand some of the words that are spoken but I enjoy the restful feeling they have on me. I also enjoy hearing about the experiences that the rest of the group feel too. Its very interesting and we all feel things differently. Also being on zoom it has the benefit of being in the warmth and comfort of your own home and Im always guaranteed a better nights sleep on a Wednesday. The sessions are really helping me and I enjoy them very much. To anyone thinking of trying to learn mindfulness skills for whatever reason, join in and have a go. Im so glad I did.
