I cannot recommend Lydia enough. My posture has improved, and my neck and shoulder pain is massively reduced. She is friendly, easy to talk to and will explain what she is doing as she does it.

I have been seeing Lydia for a few weeks now and have definitely seen an improvement. The pain in my back and hip has eased significantly and my movement feels more flowing. Walking my dog is enjoyable again! Lydia is very attentive and takes the time to explain everything. The whole experience is very pleasant so I actually look forward to the sessions. I was a little skeptical about the benefits of chiropractics before starting my sessions but now feel confident that it really does help.

I contacted Buxton Chiropractic with regards to an ongoing back problem, the online booking process was very easy and I took the first available slot. On meeting Lydia I felt at ease, she was lovely and also very professional, she explained the process and the journey to correct my wonky back. Im now well on my way and my back/posture is so much better, my job is very physical and Lydias adjustments are helping me massively day to day. I would highly recommend !

Buxton Chiropractic has been amazing for me, Lydia is fantastic and knows her stuff, shes amazing. Shes very talented and attentive. I went in with just a stiff shoulder injury Id sustained from years of gym use, Ive come out with a fixed shoulder, a fixed neck issue Ive had for over 13 years, my raynauds disease has all but vanished. Ive better flexibility and mobility and Im sleeping lots better, and shes even fixed an issue I had with grinding my teeth at night. I can honestly recommend Lydia 100% to anyone! Several of my friends have started to see her and they too are feeling the Benefits. She is clearly blessed with some form of witchcraft as she can tell so much stuff from just how your body is. Highly recommend! Youll not be disappointed.
