Transformation HQ

I started the 6 week meltdown in January 23 to do something about how my waistline was increasing plus energy/fitness levels were flat/low. The results have been brilliant and so much more than I had anticipated. The structure of the modules are so easy to follow and learning new habits becomes straightforward. There is so much knowledge and consideration gone in to making things simple to understand. I was completely new to anything like this and didnt find it difficult, which I had originally expected. The atmosphere in the Buxton THQ (where I am now a member after completing the 6 weeks!) is friendly and supportive. All the coaches are very skilled in what they do. The other members are encouraging in a relaxed way. Its hard to describe just how life changing THQ is unless you experience yourself. Im so glad after becoming curious that I did the 6 week programme to try it. Am progressing with long held ambitions/ goals in and out of the gym that I wouldnt have moved towards without doing the 6 week meltdown. Totally recommend THQ as an amazing place which really does help anyone to achieve transformation

This location has has everything you need to lose weight. They run transformation programs for all ability levels tailored to individual needs. The staff is very friendly and explains everything very well. It doesn't matter how you look or how much you weight THQ is there to help.
