Ashleigh Buxton

This is a beautifully presented and extremely well equipped apartment; though we only stayed for two nights, we could have been very comfortable here for a week or more. Bed and sofa were comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful and everything was super clean. We were surprised by the provisions that were left for us, apart from the usual tea and coffee: bread, muffins, butter, jams/marmalades, fruit, eggs, milk, orange juice. We had no need to shop for anything. It is very central and so easy to walk into Buxton or to the Pavilion Arts Centre/Opera House. We will happily stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

This guest house is absolutly stunning, the decor is some of the nicest i have seen and the attention to detail is incredible. We had a fabulous weekend here, and hosts Glen and Nathan looked after us so well. We were greeted, shown our rooms, and delivered home made cake and fresh milk for our tea/coffee, in little milk urns, so cute!! The bed was so comfortable, the place is spotles and i had the best nights sleep i have had in a very long time. Breakfast was so lovely too, the food was perfect and the choice was great. A thoroughly lovely time. If you are traveling in a group, i recommend hiring the whole place, we did this and it was like having our own home for the w/e but with everything sorted for you. The flat downstairs, where two of the group stayed, was fabulous and worked perfectly as a meeting point for the w/e. Buxton itself is lovely and we had a great time. Nothing was too much trouble for Glen and Nathan, so a big thankyou from me and i hope to visit again in the future Nina x
