        My mother-in-law passed away in a Nursung home in April and Percival's were recommended by them. We cannot give higher than 5 stars but if we could we would. From the moment we met Debbie she helped my wife with anything she asked nothing was too much trouble from choosing the casket to pulling together photos to be shown during the service and an order of service that is now a framed keepsake. She put us in touch with a Celebrant Tracy who like Debbie was excellent, they worked together to meet all our needs and requests and made a very difficult day the best it could be with courtesy and respect. Harry on the day was very understanding and could not have honoured Joan any better as well as all the other gentlemen who carried her in. Thank you does not seem enough and we cannot praise or recommend them Percival's and all that staff enough

        I highly recommend Harry and his team. They are so kind, caring and considerate. Mums funeral was just as she would have wanted. The order of service sheets are beautifully done. Thankyou so much to you all.

        The team at Percivals are wonderful. Harry, Tom, Debs and all their staff who helped us arrange the service, assisted at the service and the journey to Macclesfield and back could not do enough for our family. Genuine caring people which is exactly what you need at such a time. We wanted a woven casket for our Mum and for it to be covered like an English country garden. They provided exactly that and it looked so beautiful. The flowers were gorgeous and everyone said how theyd never seen one like it before. Service is second to none. Would definitely, definitely recommend
