Go in nearly everyday but disappointed to see the rude deputy manager back who is extremely rude and awkward for awkward sake! This manager shouted at me for being in the aisle she was re-stocking! Resulting in me making a complaint to the store manager. The rest of the staff are so lovely, chatty and helpful, but sadly with this person back I will avoid.

3 members of staff that are disgustingly ignorant walk off when you are speaking to them. Complained a number of time but nothing changes. I have no words for the manager i have no idea why he is in that position.

All of the staff here are really nice and friendly and very welcoming...the only exception is a handful of younger ones (look like school leavers) who lack basic customer service skills and think it's beneath them to do the job they are being paid for.
