        My elderly parents were experiencing potentially serious issues with their laptop which had been compromised by viruses, so much so that my Mum literally could not sleep for worrying. As I live away from Buxton these days it is extremely difficult to provide the support that they needed, particularly with the urgency this required and I found John online. He very kindly went to my parent's house and very patiently sorted out the issues, "cleaned" the laptop up and reassured my Mum that she was safe online again. His rate for doing this was unbelievably reasonable and I (and my parents) would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to anybody who is experiencing issues with their computer. To quote my Mum "a lovely, patient man who was so kind and knew exactly what to do!" ... sums it up perfectly. Thank you John.
