        Very enjoyable experience, myself and my partner were complete beginners but Geoff was a great (and patient) teacher. Its a small studio so is intimate tutoring, by the end we were able to make something close to a bowl. Would highly recommend.

        Me and my partner did the pottery workshop with Geoff, who was a very helpful and experienced teacher. He helped us create our masterpieces and we left feeling very proud of ourselves as we had no experience whatsoever. At 25 each, it was value for money too, highly recommend to anyone visiting Buxton for a few days.

        We did this for a works activity. It was really good fun and the time passed in a flash. We all managed some sort of pot and are looking forward to going back to finish them off.

        We had a fantastic experience at Earth Pig Pottery. Geoff the tutor is extremely talented along with being a patient teacher with a great sense of humour. Amanda was very helpful and friendly when making the booking for us. The experience was enhanced by two lovely dogs in the studio, Guiness & Jess (Guiness was particularly eager to make friends!). We all managed to make two items (although it was certainly trickier than expected!). We would thoroughly recommend earth pig pottery to anyone looking to try out pottery in a relaxed and friendly setting.
