        Excellent bar cart and matre d'. Not the same since moving from Buxted to Broad Oak to not be on the aptly named 'Marvelous Line'. Feels like I have been unceremoniously dropped into the slums of Mumbai having lapped in luxury at the Four Seasons Milan. One tip though is to ask Francois about his children, Anton and Gusteau, at the start of every journey--he will give you a complementary refill on your Champaigne. Also request the house wine over the 1947 Cheval Blanc.
