Joanna Barraclough Pilates

I have been with Jo now for a few years. When I first started I had a bad shoulder and was suffering with sciatica. Jo eased me gently to a routine and I started to feel the benefits almost immediately. Shes a great teacher and is always mindful of any problems her clients may be experiencing and will tailor the exercises to suit. During lockdown she has been teaching via Zoom sessions. Her studio is always bright and clean and she gives us plenty of space to exercise comfortably. I cant praise her highly enough.

Joanna is welcoming and kind. She adapts the Pilates class carefully for each of us in our very small group. The weekly Pilates session with Jo is very important for my flexibility, strength and well-being. It is also a real treat to be in Jo's lovely new studio, surrounded by beautiful countryside and birdsong!

Jo is an excellent teacher, encouraging and supportive. Small classes with much individual attention, adapting exercises to suit your ability and fitness. A fantastic warm and friendly atmosphere in great surroundings with views to open countryside. Thoroughly recommend if you are looking for a pilates class near you this is the one.

I came to Jo a couple of years ago, wanting to less my time in the gym and learn something new in fitness. Pilates taught by Jo has had a massive benefit to my overall strength and mental health. Small groups means she can correct and focus on us individually. I always feel great after visiting and would highly recommend Jo.
