        87 quid for 3 hours in the kennels, chip had old address so was housed here. Messaged them as didnt answer phone. They dont go into details they just ask for a fee, my dog run out of the house and was picked up by council. Rude customer service when I was panicked about my dog. They hold them hostage and wont even let you see them until you pay. Dog lovers my arse. Receipt didnt explain costs of my dog for 3 hours. just a fee for a collection. Hope they are happy taking money off people who have nothing.

        You know a Kennel is good when your dogs actually try to pull ... to get in. West end farm kennels are amazing, staff friendly, my dogs love them. Professional. Amazing kennel.
