These terrible people did a very substandard end of tenancy clean for me. The kitchen, amongst other areas, was barely touched and they promised to come back to address it. They conned me into paying the full balance on promise of return, but never did. They refused to answer my calls, texts and emails after giving me abuse. Unbelievably unprofessional, in every way. Its now settled in the small claims court where they were found as having no defence. I have just received their court payment after a 5 month process. Their arrogance is unbelievable, do not use under any circumstances. Not fit for purpose.

I had three bedroom carpets cleaned today. Short notice in that I only booked service yesterday. David was here on time, perfectly organised and tidy, and left the carpets in fantastic condition cleaning out many marks from years of use. I will be booking Hawkins again soon and thought they were excellent value for money too. Many thanks.
