        They got our flight details wrong, so we arrived at the airport to no taxi... when phoned they said we could get a hotel at our own expense and wait for a driver or they could send someone from another firm to collect us but this would mean waiting another 5 hours... and when confronted about this they said that it was our fault. Wow.
