        Unfortunately I am leaving Gary's class, I have been doing slimming world for almost 20years I think Gary is ambassador for slimming world, he is an inspirational consultant I will miss the class .

        I attend the 7pm group on a Thursday. I find our group so supportive. Weather you have gained a little weight of had a loss. SUPPORT is key. Gary our group leader is so funny and supports his members 100%. And will of course give some friendly banter along the way.

Helps and motivates you along your journey, understands that sometimes life happens and things don't go to plan but is always there to help you pick up the pieces. Thursday night group is amazing, always have fun, you come away with achy faces from all the laughing you do
