        I don't often write reviews but having just returned from yet another wonderful weekend at Scale Hill I felt compelled to do so. The accommodation is of the highest standard with amazing owners (family) and spectacular views. Lovely walks straight from the property into woodland and onto Crummock Water. A Lakeland pub within walking distance - what more could you wish for?

        Scale Hill is a wonderful traditional styled hotel impeccably furnished and the sheer attention to detail to make your stay memorable is instantly noticeable. Stunning location and views. A delightful family run hotel to a high standard, you will not be disappointed, a real gem.
