James Wilkins Plumbing And Heating Limited

Very poor service. Zero communication. Unfortunately the owner is not at all concerned that they have performed half a job knowing that the deadline was a certain date. Thus leaving us having moved into a house with no water. James Wilkins is unobtainable and sends an 18 year old employee to tell us at 5pm that we will be without water until theyve ordered the parts needed to complete the job, having known what was required for at least two weeks! Unfortunately we did not heed a warning about this company. Absolute cowboy outfit! Please give a wide berth or employ at your peril!

I recently came home from a trip away to find I had no heating. James came the same day I called to identify the problem and returned early the next morning with the spare part to fix the fault. He was pleasant, efficient and, with sub-zero temperatures, I couldn't have been more grateful to have the fault fixed so quickly. Will definitely use again.

I urgently needed help as my CH system was not working properly. I contacted 4 local plumbing companies & the 1st & quickest response was from James Wilkins with a price & availability. Within a very short timeframe a 2 man team arrived & carried out the work in a very professional manner & left with the system back on line.
