        I should declare I've known Dave, albeit casually, for a couple of decades. He's done a magnificent job refurbishing this place. It's spacious and airy with excellent food promptly served and sensibly priced. There is a lot of sturdy seating outside and a huge function room in one wing. The range of beers is huge and he's not afraid to be adventurous, having things you won't see elsewhere. Disabled access is good.
