Abusive drivers. Rude manager. Highly advise not to use this service. Was threatened to be thrown out of the car by the driver because I asked for the air con. Air con I was then forced to pay additional money for. Appalling service.

Absolutely terrible service. We have been using them for years but since they merged its just so disorganised. Booked a taxi to collect fro Heathrow, called as requested when we arrived and kept being told driver was on the way. Had to phone the office 3 times to chase and kept being told the same. Waited 40 mins and still no driver. In the end we had to get an Uber. Not what you need when you arrive back in london and just want to get home. Have given them a number of chances but they have messed it up every time. Avoid if you dont want to be let down and use another company!
