The only Professional in this back street store is the older bald-headed gentleman who wears bandanas round his neck. Hard worker, experienced, polite doesn't quite realise after all these years carrying the shop that he will be far valued someplace better with the skills he has. Owner needs to train the other gophers in modern Customer Service skills.
