Jo Mitchell Reflexology

Ive been seeing Jo for several months and always look forward to the monthly sessions. She has a calm manner and always asks about how you are first. She will alter the treatment if there are specific areas to focus on and then works on a thorough but relaxing treatment with calming music. Thoroughly recommended!

My first time experiencing reflexology & I found it to be a very positive experience I felt nicely relaxed after the treatment & in a much better pain free state all day after ! Jo is a very thorough practitioner & in my opinion more importantly, she listens to what you tell her. She puts you at ease right from the get go. Very impressed. I will be making another appointment . I recommend Jo wholeheartedly.

Jo is kind and knowledgable. She's really helped me with my anxiety, jaw clenching and general tension in my body. Her treatments are fantastic - I've been seeing her every other week for a few months now and I can really feel the difference. She takes care to make notes and remembers how you were doing from one treatment to the next. Highly recommend!
