Been training with Neon for a while now, mixture of boxing and HIIT workout. Love the focus from a PT like Neon who not only is qualified but artfully skilled in tailoring a workout for individual needs. I have muscles that I never knew about ! Total transformation of the way I think and feel about exercise not to mention the stress relief and euphoria post workout . Highly recommend Neon for his skill, attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism, coming from someone who never excercised before ...cannot do without it now . Couldn't be more chuffed to be trained by a boxing pro !!!

Training with Neon is Testing yet enjoyable. The delivery of his instructions allow me to fully understand what is being asked of me as well as it making the session enjoyable. Neon is extremely inventive with some unorthodox methods that will get you out of your comfort zone but still give you the desired effect. Session prices are very reasonable for the level of training Neon provides.
