Appalling service, bought 2 items on eBay 17th Feb they were marked as dispatched on the 19th Feb, a week later they still hadn't arrived so sent them a message and was told 1 item was out of stock and they would both be posted together so I asked them to send the item that they did have. When I asked why they had marked them as dispatched when they hadn't been was told eBay send out an automated message when an item is purchased, that is completely untrue the dispatched message & tracking numbers are added by the seller. By the 15th March the other item had still not been sent so I requested a refund. If they had told me one item was out of stock all of this could have been avoided but the only communication was driven by me. I would suggest they adopt a more honest approach in the future and improve their communication. Service: Hairstyling
