        Exactly what Steve has described below. The whole inventory check was done by an allegedly 'professional' and 'independent' clerk who i doubt even have any legal knowledge. I know they are not professionally trained but the report was full of errors and biased. Well you know its never totally independent especially when you find out that the agency and the clerk have personal relationship. I have never seen such a poor work done by a clerk before. In my report, he stated "tenant- liable" without any legal basis and it is purely nonsense, how could one knows who is liable or not without taking into account of what has happened throughout the tenancy period. Seemingly, he has received instructions from someone to put forward untrue comments. I have suffered damages due to his report and I will take legal actions against them. AVOID AT ALL COST !!!
