Terrible service. Booked in for a test drive at 1:30pm on Saturday. Called 15 mins earlier to confirm the time and let them know we were going to be 15 mins. They told us on the phone that it was no problem and they will see us when we get there. Waited 1 hour 15 mins until we finally gave up and went home. Wasted our Saturday coming here and no communication from anyone there to say what was happening. The receptionist kept saying they were short staffed why didnt they just cancel our appointment then from the start? I cant believe such appalling customer service and no apology as we were leaving.

Lovely and spacious inside the showroom. A large waiting area for people, I found the receptionist very helpful. I soon realised why the waiting area is large and comfy.... We were told 5 minutes and someone will be with us, after half an hour a gentleman came and said he will be 5 more minutes and he was sorry. Another 25 minutes went by, we got up and left. A couple had been waiting there for over an hour and were very unhappy with the service of their car. I was told the wait on a car would be 60 weeks.

I took my 13 month old EV in on 14th January 23 - I still do NOT have it back. They lent me a beaten-up polo ( they get paid by VW a day rate for lending customers courtesty cars - just saying) and once they finally fitted the replaced circuit board they then decided to find the cause of the leak which meant ordering another part - so they had my car for 12 weeks without bothering to find why a nonconvertible car was leaking. Shocking. AVOID. It's now over 3 calendar months and I still don't have my car back UPDATE: Maybe you should spend more on teaching your staff to order a part ( rather than leave a car undriveable for 10 weeks) than worrying about negative reviews?
