Worst Service! I made a visit to the cafe on the 23/04/2023, made few orders, masala tea and cake. The items are overly prices although I thought we will give it a go, Firstly, I didn't know the food and hot beverages are made using microwave, the lady from the counter said it'll be 2-3 minutes to get the drink. We have been waiting for 10 minutes, no sign of the teas, then I went and asked. I again was told it Is being made, then 5 minutes on no sign of the teas and then again, I went back to request for details on how long it takes to make a tea. A guy came, he asked what we wanted and then went to make the masala tea, when we were given, it didnt taste as close to a tea but more like hot water! We were furious, the service is poor and the skillset from the barristers on making basic masala tea is awful. I literally spent 4 on hot water and 4 on slice of cake. I wouldnt shop there.

I have been coming to the manor for more then 25 years. This place has changed from enjoying good food at reasonable price and good flavour but now it's money making game and no idea as to how to mix ingrediencies and very thing is too spice and never labelled or told whether the food is ideal for children or not. I really did not want to do this but your price has doubled and quality of food gone down. Sadly service too and no more smile and wishing Hare Krishna. Whoever is running the kitchen and it's staff need urgently review otherwise I have no option but to take this to food standard agency. REMEMBER IT'S NOT ALL ABOUT MONIES. We do enough donation

Don't understand the negative reviews here, the food is of great quality and well priced ( you definitely won't find anything cheaper other than fast food).

Expensive microwaved over spicey & not very pleasent (food/snacks) It was far better before the current staff took over ! No longer freshly made ! Just mass produced non Prasadam Vegetarian options: A few
