Stuart was quick to respond and come to help us with a malfunctioned boiler. He was easy to get along with and advised us accordingly on a replacement boiler and how we could increase our water pressure. Price was as quoted. Would definitely recommend.

I've use Stuart for several years without any problems. But it has taken me over 3 months (despite constant reminders, ending with threats of legal action, for breach of contract) to get him to finish the certification on a boiler installation which he was required to do within 30 days. I had paid him the agreed sum and can only surmise that he was after more money . I cannot trust him anymore
