Highly recommend. Many garages and car repair places rip you off, as they think you know nothing about your car. This place on the other hand gives you options and recommendations about your car and what the best option might be. Offer you a different price range for whatever repair you require. Give it a try and see what you think for yourself as they help you over the phone also.

Potentially dangerous work. I took my car in for a clutch repair on 9th January and got it back on 1st March. They had it for 7 weeks, with minimal updates unless we called. That's annoying in itself but the reason for the review is because my car started banging not long after collection. A different garage told me the wheel bolts were not tightened properly and one at the front was close to coming off. I drive on the M25 a lot and hate to imagine the accident I could have had, along with my children. I understand people make mistakes but this was a dangerous one. I complained to them, they replied saying the worker remembers tightening and rechecking the wheels. I feel like they didn't take my complaint seriously. I wasn't after a refund because they did the work I took it there for but the fact is the wheel bolts were not tightened properly and I wanted to make sure they knew and dealt with it so it wouldn't happen again to someone else, who may not be as lucky. They will probably reply denying they did anything wrong but just be cautious going to them. I would recommend going to LE Cramer down the road instead who sorted the problem for free for me and were a lot more friendly and professional.
