    Our office has been based in CP House for over 7 years now and throughout that time we have found Rayna and the team to be nothing but helpful, accommodating and friendly. CP house is an older building however it's maintained well, tidy and clean. There are various kitchens all stocked with tea, coffee sugar and milk for use and a nice communal break out area where you can go to escape your own office if you wish. I'd definitely recommend having a look round if you are looking for office space in the area.

    Quite possibly the least inspiring office space you could rent. The building hasn't been updated since the 90's and theres nothing close by of any use for lunches or even a coffee. Parking is also a nightmare if you are there later than 9am your chances of getting a parking space were pretty slim and this was with the current low capacity of around 60%. Pleased our lease ended early. Finally our company was also charged for a mess we did not create but apparently we are liars with no rebuttal. Avoid and go to more inspiring places of work.

    This company is not up to date with the latest legislations! Our initial enquiries have been answered rudely when it has been identified and notified to them that their compliance is appalling failing to follow current legislations.

    I have been based at CP House for a number of years, and have absoluely no complaints. They have always been more than hospitable, and always met our needs considering our requirment. The building may be old but they dont exactly charge Ritz rates! There are well equiped self service kitchens where Tea, cofees, milk etc. are all included. Well equipped board rooms, fully equiped with snack provided and a nice break out area with vending machines and a telly. Yes parking can be a nightmare but this is mostly due to terrible parking skills that take up space, not to mention the unauthorised users taking advantage of free parking. That being said ther is an overflow car park and the building management have taken the neccessary steps to resolve parking issues for tenants, which is starting to become more aparent. It would be ideal to have a small kitchen unit down stairs, but its not a million miles to walk to the upstairs facility. I do recommend this office location, nice and central to all major road networks and I dont intend to look elseware anytime soon. Thank you *****
